Yes! We deliver to your home, hospital, or any address in the greater Montérégie and Greater Montréal area. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on distance from our St-Bruno location. Delivery is available 7 days a week. We'll confirm your delivery window by email after you book.

Our pickup location is inside Place Promenades Saint-Bruno: 500 Bd des Promenades, Local Y102A Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC J3V 5J5 Plenty of accessible parking is available directly in front of the mall entrance. Pickup is available after 9:00 a.m. and returns must be made by 6:00 p.m.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your start date receive a full refund — no questions asked. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable. If you need to shorten your rental after pickup, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.

A security deposit is required for the Hoyer Lift ($500) to cover potential damage. For rentals of 7 days or fewer, the deposit is a preauthorisation hold — your card is not actually charged, and the hold is released automatically when the equipment is returned in good condition. For longer rentals, the deposit is charged upfront and refunded within 5 business days of return.

Yes. Every item is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every rental. Our team does a full safety inspection — checking mechanisms, locks, wheels, and all moving parts — before each rental goes out. If you notice any issue with the equipment before or during your rental, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Please bring: • A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's licence or passport) • The credit or debit card used to make the booking For the Hoyer Lift, the deposit preauthorisation will be placed on your card at that time.

You can rent for as little as 1 day or as long as several months — there's no maximum rental period. Our rates are priced per week for most equipment, so longer rentals are very cost-effective. If you need to extend your rental, just contact us before your end date and we'll update your booking.

The Hoyer Lift is straightforward to use and comes with a detailed instruction manual. Our team will walk you through the basics at pickup. We strongly recommend having a second person present when using the lift for the first time. If you have questions during your rental, call or email us — we're happy to help over the phone or video call.

Please inspect the equipment when you receive it and report any pre-existing damage to us immediately so it's noted on your file. Damage caused during the rental beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged at cost. The security deposit (where applicable) will be used to cover any damage charges before being released.
